Kaleen Deatherage (she/her)

An executive leader with over twenty-five years’ experience in guiding non-profit organizations, Kaleen brings strong leadership, financial, strategic, and development skills to the nonprofits she serves. She brings an objective perspective and leads board and staff teams through organizational transitions while addressing specific stabilization, sustainability, and capacity-building needs.

Kaleen’s career and volunteer work have brought her close to people and causes she cares deeply about. She is inspired to support the many nonprofits, nonprofit leaders, and board members in Oregon that are doing amazing work in service to our communities. She loves this work and believes nonprofit organizations are critical to the economic and social vitality of our communities.

When Kaleen isn’t working with local non-profits or Scouting, she enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, and spending time at local monasteries. Oh, and she’s a pretty good cook too!
