Dev Burgoyne, a native of Southeast Portland, brings a wealth of experience and passion for mission-driven volunteering to their role as the Volunteer Program Manager at the Community for Positive Aging. Dev is a graduate of Portland State University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Civic Leadership.

With a profound belief in the power of volunteering to create communities and foster connections, Dev has dedicated themselves to the field of volunteer management for over five years in nonprofit and higher education settings. Their commitment to the sector is further exemplified by their current position on the board of directors for NOVAA, the Northwest Oregon Volunteer Administrators Association.

Dev excels in cultivating meaningful relationships, designing and implementing impactful volunteer programs, forging strategic partnerships, and empowering volunteers to take on leadership roles within the organization. Their expertise in volunteer engagement ensures that Community for Positive Aging maintains a strong, diverse and dedicated volunteer force.

Outside of their professional pursuits, Dev finds joy in cooking culinary delights, nurturing their garden, and spending quality time with their close-knit community. They also love exploring the Pacific Northwest alongside their pup, Lil Sprout.
