Rylie grew up in Arizona and has called the Pacific Northwest home for over 15 years. Rylie has recently studied therapeutic horticulture, Gerontology and Public Health at both Portland Community College and Portland State University. She is excited to be at CFPA on the Community Health team.
As the Community Health Outreach Coordinator, Rylie is able to put her commitment to social justice to work. Rylie feels most connected when building relationships, securing resources and offering support to the community. Rylie will work to welcome new participants and partnerships to CFPA as a way to strengthen the health and vitality of our community.
