Joelle Wheeler (they/them)
Joelle Wheeler has spent the last 10+ years working directly with the unhoused community in many roles. Non-profit leadership is where they have been able to develop and implement policy that is trauma-informed, person-centered and values the voices of the community. Leaning into their own lived experiences around housing instability, substance use and mental health challenges, Joelle prioritizes creating spaces that are safe and meaningful. Joelle enjoys spending time with their wife, two cats Banjo and Ravioli and spending as much time in nature as possible.
