William Welsh (he/him)

William Welsh is a lifelong Portlander and is dedicated to improving the lives of Oregonians. With an educational background in public health from Portland State University, he has contributed to research on community-based care for Oregon’s older population through PSU’s Institute on Aging. By providing events, resources, and other services to residents at Alder House, William hopes to encourage the role that community and housing play on health and longevity.

Outside of Alder House, William enjoys walking, running, and being outside in Portland's lovely neighborhoods and parks. He enjoys collecting hobbies, including learning guitar, playing board games, ceramics, and cooking.
