Elise Huerta-Enochian is a nonprofit leader with over 15 years of experience in housing and homelessness services. She brings a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to leadership, with a proven track record in program development, cross-functional team management, and strategic planning. Elise has held senior roles at DevNW and REACH CDC, overseeing programs, leading equity initiatives, and building partnerships that improve client outcomes. A graduate of The Evergreen State College, she is deeply committed to advancing housing justice through collaborative and community-drive
