Heather Snide (she/her)

Heather moved from Portland, Maine to Portland, Oregon in 2025. She has an B.S. in Environmental Conservation and is working to complete her masters in Urban Planning and Non-profit Management. She joins us with a background in gleaning, resident service coordination, GIS mapping, and community development. In her free time, she loves sewing, thrifting, talking to her neighbor’s cats, and finding the best nachos (which is not an easy pursuit). She is excited to reduce barriers within our community and help foster a strong sense of place with residents.
