De’Lilah Boyd-Watts (she/her)
De’Lilah has lived in Portland for the past 37 years. She began her path into Social Services as a Vista Volunteer for Americorps, developing the Margaret Carter and Betty Campbell Neighborhood Network Centers in two multi-family apartment buildings. She then went on to work with the homeless youth continuum, children and families, gang outreach, and permanent supportive housing as a case manager. She thrives in spaces where positivity and hopefulness are the key elements of delivering services and support. Her personal motto is, “We ALL deserve to live a BEAUTIFUL LIFE.”
In her free time, De’Lilah enjoys song writing, creative storytelling, creating crystal jewelry, making essential oil blends and dance meditation.
