Lori Dimond (she/her)

Lori Dimond brings extensive experience in client-facing support, structured intake, documentation, and cross-team coordination—skills that translate strongly into effective, resident-centered case management. Her background includes case management support within senior care services, as well as serving as a program advocate in a subsidized housing-based wellness program.  In her current role as a Case Manager in Permanent Supportive Housing, Lori is committed to supporting housing stability, access to resources, and overall well-being through thoughtful communication, reliable follow-through, and a resident-centered approach. A native Oregonian, Lori is a graduate of Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
